Usain Bolt
Usain Bolt is a retired Jamaican sprinter widely regarded as the greatest sprinter in history, holding world records in both the 100-meter and 200-meter events.
Bolt rose to prominence as a teenager, winning the 200m at the 2002 World Junior Championships, and went on to dominate global sprinting for over a decade, earning the nickname 'Lightning Bolt.'
At the 2008 Beijing Olympics, Bolt won gold in the 100m, 200m, and 4x100m relay, setting world records in the process, and repeated similar success at the 2012 London and 2016 Rio Olympics, winning eight Olympic gold medals across his career.
His world record time of 9.58 seconds in the 100m, set at the 2009 World Championships in Berlin, still stands as of his retirement from competitive athletics in 2017.
