Kraft Sports and Entertainment has committed to assisting cover the costs of security for the World Cup Games in Foxborough.
Gillette Stadium will host seven games this summer.
Town officials and the Boston26 committee had been meeting to discuss who would cover the estimated $7.8 million security bill.
Security for the games is expected to be the largest expense.
Kraft Sports and Entertainment will be providing advanced payments, capped at $1,512,490.
