Bunsod ito ng nag-viral na video ng pananakal at pag-amba ng saksak sa isang magsasaka na kanilang hinuli.
Dahil sa insidente, nanawagan ang Department of Transportation ng maximum tolerance sa mga nagsasagawa ng operasyon.
