During his Budget 2024 speech, Finance Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Lawrence Wong announced a S$5 billion Future Energy Fund as part of Singapore鈥檚 transition to clean energy. Geothermal and nuclear energy sources are currently being studied as part of the country鈥檚 power portfolio.
