FRANCE 24’s Andrew Hilliar has been talking with locals in Gabon ahead of French President Emmanuel Macron’s visit on March 1. Macron on Monday outlined France’s new strategy in Africa, where anti-French sentiment runs high in some of its former colonies. He said that France needs to demonstrate a “profound humility” in Africa.
