A local woman is going viral for crying all across the District. It all began last October when Kiara McGowan lost her dream job on Capitol Hill.
On that day, McGowan said she sobbed while on the phone with a friend, in front of the Supreme Court. That inspired her TikTok page where she documents the different locations she has cried.
