Gotta Stack 'Em All! Lego Pokémon Sets Coming Next Year

Clear some space on the table, grab your brick separator and get ready to build your very own Lego Pikachu. Lego and Pokémon have announced a multi-year partnership to officially bring trainers and builders together for the first time.

The upcoming Lego Pokémon sets will hit shelves in 2026. Lego hasn’t provided details on whether we’ll get minifigure-scaled Pokémon, larger brick-built models like the Super Mario Kart or a combination of both. We can see a brick-built Pikachu tail in Lego’s teaser trailer, but it might not be an indicator of what the actual building sets will look like.

It’s not the first time buildable Pokémon figures have been available: Mega Construx has produced Pokémon sets since 2017. However, those figures haven’t always been warmly received.

This is Mega Construx’s version of Charizard, not Lego’s.

While details remain scarce, we expect Lego’s collaboration with Pokémon to be one of its most popular in years. Both brands have large, dedicated fanbases, and if recent Lego Nintendo offerings are any indication, the upcoming Pokémon sets are sure to please children and adults alike.
