Russia pulled out of the grain deal last month, and has threatened to attack ships containing Ukrainian grain. But since then, a second civilian cargo ship has safely made it from Ukraine to Istanbul. The Liberian-registered carrier left Odesa on Sunday in defiance of a Russian blockade.
