Viral! The emotional moment a father supports the body of his unconscious child during the ceremony
Not long ago, the social media world was touched by the circulation of a video recording showing a father helping his son, who is also a police officer, to get back up after collapsing during a ceremony. The video shows the seconds a police officer whose body looked limp with a pale expression fell while in the field. Not long after, the father ran quickly to approach the child’s body which had fallen to the ground. This incident was very spontaneous, the father even ran into the ceremony field without wearing shoes to approach his son who needed help. The father helped him get up and supported his body by hugging his back tightly so that the child remained standing in line to complete the task. This post immediately went viral and received praise from social media users. However, the video did not come from Indonesia but from Malaysia. The young man who collapsed was named Nik Mohammad Adhar Nik Ismadi and was a member of the Alpha platoon at Maktab Prison Kajang, Selangor. Regarding the figure of the man who hugged him to keep him standing in line, it turned out that he was not Nik’s biological father. He was Nik’s uncle who he considered his own father. Even though he is not his biological father, Nik calls him Abah. Nik revealed that his uncle, who is now 60 years old, had taken care of and raised Nik since he was 3 months old.
