Centre of the American Experiment’s President John Hinderaker says although United States President Joe Biden’s “condition is really obvious”, the problem the Democrats have is that they do not have anyone suitable to replace him.
“When they did reasonably well in the mid-term election last November, it became very hard for them to explain why they’re easing Joe Biden out the door as long as he can still stand up,” Mr Hinderaker said.
“It’s really hard to say where it’s going to go from here.”
