Viral Video | Four men have been arrested for assaulting a car driver. The accused bikers stopped a car in the middle of the road, pulled out the driver, and beat him up. The victim appealed to Delhi Police on Twitter to take action against them. A video of the assault was recorded on the dashboard camera.
