Blinken in Ukraine: US aid to include depleted uranium ammunition

Anotny Blinken announced 1 billion dollars of American aid to support the Ukrainian counteroffensive, including ‘depleted uranium ammunition’ for the army’s tanks. The weapons are powerful but controversial. Opponents warn uranium munitions pose health risks, including cancers and birth defects by inhaling uranium dust.
