Youtuber Manish Kashyap has been arrested under the NSA for spreading fake videos that claimed migrant labourers have been targeted in Tamil Nadu. Kashyap moved to the Supreme Court today, appealing against the application of the NSA. The court rejected this appeal but has now allowed him to approach a lower court.
