Overnight Russia again attempted to attack Kyiv with drones. Again, they were all shut down. Yet if the drones manage to even come close to the Ukrainian capital, it’s due to their use of Ukraine’s waterways. And that’s where the Navy comes in: much-diminished and absent from the high seas, it’s still playing a key role on the rivers, as our correspondent Gulliver Cragg reports.
